What is EC De-Stain 1, 2 and 7?
EC De-Stain is a series of stain-removing poultices that can be used on any hard porous surfaces, including natural stones. They are highly recommended by stone factories and professional restoration specialists. The poultice formula allows the gel to cling on to the applied surfaces (even for walls) for effective removal of deep-seated stains.
De-Stain 1 is indicated for general and organic stains, such as tea, coffee and other color stains.
De-Stain 2 is indicated for oil and grease stains.
De-Stain 3 is indicated for rust stains. The neutral pH formula can dissolve the yellowish-brown iron molecules that cause rust immediately without damaging polished stone surfaces.
Comes in 2 parts: Part A and B To use, 1) Mix 1 part of A, 1 part of B with 1 part of water 2) Apply a thin layer of the mixture on the affected areas 3) Cover the stained area with a plastic sheet, and seal all sides 4) Leave for 24 hours and remove the plastic sheet and poultice 5) Clean the area with EC Clean and rinse off with water *Re-apply if necessary
To use, 1) Wet the stained area with water 2) Apply a thin layer of EC De-Stain Oil & Grease 2 on the affected areas 3) Cover the stained area with a plastic sheet, and seal all sides 4) Leave for 24 hours and remove the plastic sheet and poultice 5) Clean the area with EC Clean and rinse off with water *Re-apply if necessary
To use, 1) Apply a thin layer of EC De-Stain Rusty 7 on the affected areas 3) Cover the stained area with a plastic sheet, and seal all sides 4) Leave for 2 to 5 minutes until the gel turns purplish 5) Remove the plastic sheet and poultice 6) Clean the area with EC Clean and rinse off with water *Re-apply if necessary
